Disney 2nd day

Hunter was feeling sick 2nd day, poor kid but he had the best activity.

Tower of terror is the ride that scares me the most, I still rode it two times. Hayden and Hunter the best riders buddies.

 

 

The Aladin show was great, Hailey and Harrison loved it, I realized that they have not seening the movie.

Screaming is my favorite, smooth and fun. Hayden told me to post for the picture, I rode it 3 times and Hayden 5 times.

 

 

 

The wait in the front row for the parade was 45 min but I ll do it again, the girls love it every min, BTW it was much shorter than few years ago.

Disney 1st day

 

Harper did not like this characters, kind of scary for her.

We got there early to the park. We split up from the boys. The girls and me had fun, specially Harper.

Harper's favorite character was Pooh.

Hailey was really good and getting all character's autographs.

Doug and I had a great run, we love it but it was harder to run on the sand.

Harrison, Hailey and me had a race, those kids are fast, Harrison beat me.

 

Spring Break @ Cali

                                                                                          We stopped in Indio, CA to visit friends from Doug's mission. They were so nice, they feeds us great Mexican food. They kids liked the break from the long ride.

 

Doug had to eat in the little taqueria in Cali, of course.

My girls

 

I have couple of friends that surprice their kids at school to take them out for lunch. I thought that it was a great idea. So I planned to do the same and yesterday I did not pack a sandwitch to Hailey. She called me from school to tell me that, I had to tell her to eat the snack for lunch. One hour later I was at school picking her up for the surprice lunch. she loved it. She asked me all about my childhood. I stayed with her at school to he jump rope activity. I showed some kids how to jump in and jump out of the rope. She told me that I was a cool mom. How little things can make relationships better.

 

Harper is 2 years 3 mo. I potty trained my older 4 kids at age 3. I did not want to deal with the issue. However Harper kept asking me to take her to the potty for 2 months. Finally, I gave up and decided to try for a week. Well that was 2 1/2 weeks ago and she had only 2 wet accidents. She even run for loose stool and she told me at Costco and waited until we got the the bathroom. She is amazing and super smart. Gracias Harper to make this so easy

Everyday stuff

I usually blog special days. Today I thought that a every day is a special day as well. I ll write what each of us did this ordinary special day. I hope this can help me kids later to remember what an ordinary special days they had growing up.

DOUG- 5:20 am woke up to take Hunter to seminary. Doug waited for Hunter by the fireplace but Hunter never came, he sleep in. Doug got back on bed, Doug read his scriptures, he got breakfast ready ans shower, he drove Harrison and Hailey to school, he taught a class work on office, Temple session, Home, pick up Hayden from track, work, dinner, work and help Hayden with homework, fam scriptures, TV with family, family prayer, bed.

DORA 6:45 woke up, help kids get ready, lunches, breakfast, gave shower to Harper, drove Hayden to school with Harper, go for a 6 miles run, home cleaning, shower, taling to Harper, calling phone calls, drive to work meeting, shop at Jolene, lunch, templo session, took Hayden to track, typing work, getting dinner (potatoes and roast beef that cook all day on crockpot), dinner and cleaning, help Hailey with homework, talking to Harper, work tying, fam Scriptures, tv with family/ surfing the web, family prayer, put Harper and Hailey to bed, scriptures, bed.

Hunter 6:45 woke up, usually seminary at 5:30, breakfast, school, homework, dinner, homework/ FB, Fam scriptures, TV with family, family prayer, bed.

Hayden 7:00 woke up, breakfast, school, track, dinner, homework, fam scriptures, TV with family,family prayer, bed.

Harrison 7:00 woke up, breakfast, log his reading, school, homework, dinner, X box, fam scriptures, tv with family, family prayer, bed.

Hailey 7:00 woke up, breakfast, school, computer game, play with Harper, dinner, homework, made popcorn for her and Harper, fam Scriptures, TV with family, family prayer, bed.

Harper 7:00 woke up, shower, breakfast, Hayden to school, hang out with grandpa, playing with toys and puzzles, help mom with dishwasher, hang out with grandma, nap, playing with Hailey, dinner, bugging Hailey, playing herself, eat popocorn :D, fam scriptures, reading books, family prayer, bed. In between were trips to the potty, not wet at all.
